Fran Rupcic was born in Zagreb, Croatia in 1991 and has been living in Italy since 2014. He and his mother were breeders of maltese where he got his experience in a care and conditioning of long coats, breeding, training, and showing. He furthered his education working for different handlers and groomers where he gained more experience with a wast number of breeds. Besides having a chance to learn more about dogs, different breeds, their behaviour and differences or grooming and show conditioning, Fran had an opportunity to broaden his knowledge working for different kennels and some state of the art kennel facilities with large number 

of dogs in Italy and Germany which helped him in running successfully his own Show Boarding Kennel Cascina San Pio, today.

As of nearly 5 years ago he has taken over the business and kennel of his partner Richard Hellman, who is still guiding and mentoring him as a handler, as well as the breeding of akitas. Since working on his own Fran is demonstrating his talented abilities as a groomer, trainer and handler accumulating outstanding wins across Europe and USA. His clients trust him for excellent care and the bond he installs with each of his charges, for the top condition in which he transforms them and for the results they achieve at the shows.
